Critical Making Manifesto

Critical Making and Theory-Practice Manifesto 1.0

During the Spring 2017 semester, the Cinema & the Digital Humanities class will draft a manifesto for critical making, theory-practice, and new modes of scholarship.

You can use any creative means to draft this manifesto (e.g. images, text, memes, videos, hyperlinks, an image gallery, gifs, etc). You can make additions to other students’ contributions, annotate each others’ additions, etc.

For the drafting process, each student should use a different color font to outline their contributions. These are some suggestions for your fonts, feel free to change the color, etc.

Critical making starts from having a free space in (and through) which to create, experiment, take risks... meme-3
